First Contact
When you reach out to Total Property Care, one of our friendly team members will arrange a convenient time to visit your property. During this visit, we’ll discuss your needs and assess the work you require.
Property Visit
Our team will arrive on time and prepared. Upon entering your home, we’ll either remove our work boots or wear protective covers to ensure we respect your space. We’ll thoroughly discuss your project or any repairs needed, take measurements, and assess key areas. We may also take photos to assist with our quote preparation.
Receiving Your Quote
You’ll receive your detailed quote via email in a timely manner, following our visit. Once you’ve reviewed the quote, we will reach out to answer any questions you may have. If you’re happy with the quote and ready to proceed, simply contact our team, and we’ll schedule a start date that suits you.
The Works
The big day has arrived! Our team will show up on time, eager to get started. If we’re working inside, we’ll put on protective overshoes and lay down floor coverings where necessary. We’ll maintain a clean work environment, removing waste regularly and ensuring the area stays tidy. Once the job is complete, we’ll thoroughly clean up, including vacuuming if needed, and take all waste away. If you’re not home, we’ll notify you when the work is finished and ensure your property is secure and left as per your instructions.
After
Once the work is complete and your home looks great, we’ll send you an invoice via email in the following weeks. The invoice will include all payment details. We’d greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to leave us a review!
